Hi guys, i discovered this forum like 2 weeks ago but just registered. 2 months ago i was 220 pounds,(100 kgs) now i am down to 206.(94 kgs) I am 5' 11"(180) and 19 years old. So i am pretty chubby,(still 60 pounds of fat according to some calculators which is %27-28, and i want to be down to %14-15, so i gotta lose at least 25-30 pounds.)
After downing to 206 pounds a month ago, i couldnt lose a pound for a whole month. But i didnt try that hard though.
the funny thing is i found this forum via searching "i hate being fat" on google.
I hope to be down to 165-175 pounds.(75-80 kgs) I think of running everyday in the morning with empty stomach.
By the way, i am from Turkey.
