hello everyone!
i just joined. seeking some motivation and tips!
i work out very often but my problem remains messing up my diet sometimes(and pretty often lately) because i am an emotional eater, so problems make me go to sweets and s tuff. i work out 6 times a week and all, some of my body parts are very firm (thighs, calves, shoulders) and some are flabby stomach which i think is because of the tummy stretching cuz i cant control the food quantity at times haha
well it's not funny but better laugh at it then let it bring me down!
so hopefully everytime i feel weak around food i'll come here and read some threads!

i can understand how you cannot control what you eat, I have had difficulties with that for a while now, and is not something easily overcome. One day at a time is the way Im doing it as well as not even going around bad foods.

I am pretty much in the same boat, I am very active but have a hard time with the overeating and snacking before I go to bed. Its been a week since I buckled down and already with healthy eating combined with my active lifestyle have lost 11 pounds.

shy guy, i m glad there is someone who is experiencing same difficulties.. yeah snacking before bed is the culprit. the thing is that i get very motivated the whole day then at night i'd find any reason to eat, like oh i have burnt a lot of calories today , i m not that fat... sort of excuses.. well it's crazy how a brainless organ(stomach) can affect our decisions.. :p

i see some girls here do danccing for burning calories, am a belly dancer i teach it and so i dance very often so if some girls need hints let me know!:cool:
