I am excited and wanted to be a part of this forum for a while. Both my cousins have acute obesity and I have been finding remedies which would help them. I would love to know more about the same on this forum and would also like to share any useful info as and when I find them.

You do not mention anything about your own size in comparison, whether your lifestyle differs from your cousins, whether you eat together or everyone's age groups (whether they are in charge of cooking for themselves). All these are factors that would help us to understand the situation better.
