About myself..hhmmm...Osteo-Arthritis right hip a few years ago = no more sporting activity so I put on alot of weight, had to also give up work so I got depressed, marriage eventually failed aswell & got more depressed..it was then that I became one of the most efficient fat magnets on the planet & ballooned to around 260 pounds in a few months...YAHHOOO! That was the bad stuff...the good stuff is: my 2 boys came to live with their almost unrecogniseable blimp, oops I mean dad, which somehow gave me the motivation to hire a rowing machine & start trying to get back in shape. The rowing machine is one of the best investments I have ever made as I soon noticed the weight starting to drop off. Also began weight training twice a week & now I'm one of the most efficient muscle magnets around!! All this has happened without changing my diet too..hhmm that half a tub of icecream I just had was yummmmmmy....I'm still carrying abit of flab around my waist but my body shape is now that of a bodybuilder instead of the building itself hehe. My training partner informed me that all the muscle I gained is actually helping me to burn excess calories, even while I'm sitting at my computer!! I LOVE IT! Anyways my goal is to celebrate my eventual lean, toned body (after low fat diet ofcourse...sigh) by entering my 1st bodybuilding competition YEAH! I feel so excited about finding this site I'm constantly thinking about it throughout the day! hhmm I wonder whats in the fridge......
