Sport Hi sensible eating & food plan

New to forums & posting.

I'm 42 & have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) & cannot have any dairy or yeast products.

I'm trying to diet at the moment but am at a loss. I have monitored what I eat & drink & know there are areas to improve. I've been advised to eat smaller portions more regulary but am not sure how often or how much. Any advice??

I also, like my beer alot & am having trouble cutting down/stopping for a while. This I've been told is stress related (not that I see that myself).

What sort of nutrition plan should I follow ?? Any advise?
