I am Biljana, female, first time started with any kind of fitness activity in September 2016. Before that I was software developer who hasn't lift a pencil in years. Since I hated gym, I did not expect it to last, but well, now I hope it will. Currently I am on Les Mills, I love how it is choreographed with music. I am also prone to depression and this is one of my ways out.
On the negative side, since I am 40+ and out out of shape, my health is not as great and I am prone to injuries. Hope to get some good advice here.
