Well, there's the diary section which is really helpful, not only to yourself but also to the rest of us. It's where you can keep a diary on yourself, but the rest of us can read it also and can give you all kinds of support and encouragement. Read through some that are already going ... mine is Darcy's Diary ... and you'll see what I mean. There are also several clubs going in the club section. There's probably one that you'd be comfortable posting to, so check those out also. Otherwise, there are lots of different threads going about all kinds of weight loss topics.
