I am 25 yrs old. I have been dieting for about 2mths. My goal is too reach 125lbs, but i am finding it very hard to lose the last 10lbs. Joined this forum to try to get some advise and encouragement.
 
Welcome!!! :) the last ten lbs are often the hardest(well thats what i think lol but im on my last ten ;) so im prolly biased lol)you should start a diary i find they help you keep on track and get support from other members!. post questions we love to answer them :D good luck to you and i look forwards to reading your posts :)
 
yea, definately the last pounds are definately the hardest as your body doesn't see it as much as 'extra weight' as it did before, so it struggles a lot harder to lose them. A minor adjustment to your diet will probably get you the best results ... reduce carbs a little more at night (resisting any 2 hours before bed) and maybe re-evaluate some of the foods that you eat during the day. It is definately the hardest weight to lose, but keep at it.
