yea, definately the last pounds are definately the hardest as your body doesn't see it as much as 'extra weight' as it did before, so it struggles a lot harder to lose them. A minor adjustment to your diet will probably get you the best results ... reduce carbs a little more at night (resisting any 2 hours before bed) and maybe re-evaluate some of the foods that you eat during the day. It is definately the hardest weight to lose, but keep at it.
