hi new to here from HK. I am going to be 30 very very soon and I've promised myself to reduce my weight. I am 173cm and 80kg most of the time between 20 to 30. In fact I was only 50kg when I was still 18. I didnt grow in height after 15-year-old. I don't know why I am suffering such a great weight gain over the years, I played basketball every day in school but now I don't even play it once a year. I don't know if it's because of much higher pressure in working. My old friend who moved out for years can't believe I am ME after not meeting for years. They just can't recognize me.
OK. I ALWAYS EAT A LOT , I always want to take control on that but I never succeeded. I ONLY FIRST started to force myself to reduce eating three days ago. When I really so want to eat snacks or when I want to eat something bad but I know I am actually full, I take an orange or just endure the feeling. Today, it's only three days, I see that I ve got 1.5kg loss without doing any exercise. I am so encouraged.
But I don't know how to keep the motivation or how should I prepare now to avoid a possible failure in the coming future
