I just got on board. I decided not to go it alone, feedback is always
helpful and it is something I needed at this time. :)
My weight is a nuisance and not a problem,that is why I'm taking care
of it now before it becomes a problem. I've never been able to follow a program, so I collect bits of other progams. I fit these pieces together
and make them work for me.
Exercise is not a problem since I have to walk wherever I go.
I have an inner dialog that I use quite often. I wake up in the
morning and no matter how bad I feel I always look at myself in the
mirror and tell myself "You're drop dead gorgeous and when I
lose the weight I'll have to beat them away with a stick." :)
It never fails to keep me in a good mood.
Well I probably have you concerned for my sanity,but this is helps
me keep it, in this world of judgements. ;)
 
Welcome Scarlett!! You'll love it here! Everyone is very supportive of each other!! So tell us a little about yourself. How much weight are you looking to loose? What kind of dieting are you doing?
