HI - New Here

Hello everyone.

I am new here and just wanted to say hello first. My name is Lewis, and I needed to lose about 2stone (28lbs) in weight about 2 years ago. I managed to do it through healthy eating and exercise and managed to keep it off, which i am terribly proud of. I am of peak fitness now as well and it's just a message really to say to you all - stick with it!! It may take time but it's definately worth it. I'd also like to say that i have researched this subject for quite a while too so know quite a bit (sorry i don't want that to sound up myself!! you know what i mean though!)

So basically, I will try and answer questions with my opinions (if anyone is interested!) and give advice of what worked for me.

I have a question. You mention that 'healthy eating' is part of your regimine. I have found, strangely enough, that eating 1200 calories of 'good food' as opposed to 1200 calories of 'bad food' makes a big difference in weight loss, and it really gives me more energy to work out.

If it is the same 1200 cals, how can this be I wonder?

Also, what sort of exercise do you do?
