hi need some advice!

was obese back in february and has started to go through my weight loss journey. im unsure of how much i weigh back then but im now down to the actual weight that i would like to keep (83kg - 6'). I'll attach some pictures below.

so here i am. but one of the changes that i've noticed was that i was having too much hair loss, and even having a hair thickening shampoo is not helping at all. i understand that it's because of my body lacking nutrients/vitamins but i've started eating normally for more than a month now and i still keep having that problem. any thoughts guys? thanks!
 
Nice progress! I am by no means a doctor but if I was in your position I would seriously consider going to a doctor or dietician for a simple physical and blood test. Nutrient deficiencies are hard to tackle at times so I would recommend having a professional look at your levels.

Hey good you are loosing weight but unfortunately most people lose weight the wrong way, you lose strength and energy and you most likely lack nutrients that our body needs, good if you see a doctor or nutritionist, and if you start getting supplements much better, losing weight is easy, losing weight the right way is a challenge, supplementation makes simpler just having a Shake in the morning as healthy breakfast will start improving you overall well being, plus healthy food and exercise. I´d suggest focus in healthy active lifestyle instead of lose weight. The is what I did, I lost 30 pounds 14 years ago! I have been great ever since even became runner marathoner. Supplements help me a lot! Cheers!
