I'm new here, I weigh 164. I used to weigh 188. I joined weight watchers and lost weight. I'm married to military and they used to only charge $5 every check in, but they discontinued it and now charge $14 every visit. This is to much for me. Enough about that. I need some advise. I run 3 miles a day and lift weights for 30 mins a day, I eat a lot of salad, and I have cut out bread, pasta and rice, I'm not losing any weight doing this. Help????

Ok, lets see here...first how long has it been since you've lost weight?? You could just be at a plateu...everyone goes through it and all you can do is just keep going.Some people think to break a plateu you need to shake up your diet and/or excersize a bit.

Another one to consider...do you know how many cals you are consuming?? For your weight really to be loosing weight you should be having about 1200 cals a day (according to biggest looser). Maybe you should track your cals for a few dys and see where your at?
