I'm new here, I weigh 164. I used to weigh 188. I joined weight watchers and lost weight. I'm married to military and they used to only charge $5 every check in, but they discontinued it and now charge $14 every visit. This is to much for me. Enough about that. I need some advise. I run 3 miles a day and lift weights for 30 mins a day, I eat a lot of salad, and I have cut out bread, pasta and rice, I'm not losing any weight doing this. Help????
