My name is Rosemary. Last May I weighed 183 and had for a long time. I'd tried dieting and lost, regained, lost, regained and finally gave up. Then health stuff really made me try again. I was down to 148 (!) but then had surgery and regained 4 lbs and am having a hard time getting back with my "new eating habits." A guess my weight goal is somewhere around 120 - 130. I figure I'll know when I look in the mirror. I'm not looking for svelt, but I want the fat off and maybe a bit more, so when I reach a good weight and try increasing some, if I regain by accident in finding the balance, I won't be right back to having to lose all over again!
Well, that's introduction enough, I guess. Now I'll see if I can figure out how to join a conversation. Not sure how this site works.
