Hi everyone, my name is Dan and I've just joined.
I am 18 years old, from the UK. I have struggled slightly with my weight for a long time.
A bit about myself; I'm 6'2", quite broad and a belly! I enjoy playing football among other sports.
I have decided to join this forum after putting on a fair bit of relationship weight over the past 2 years; and have been inspired after my dad has lost around 6 stone in the last year, who suffers from obesity and arthritis for many years.
I will be posting shortly to seek help and advice, and hope to make some good friends whilst I'm here!
