Hi, I'm new

I did a Google search looking for a weight loss forum and here I am. I'm 42 with a 3 yr old little boy. I currently weight 211 lbs. I was 135 at 30.
I need to feel better, look better and keep up with my little guy.

I restarted an at home exercise program in recent days and am trying to watch what I eat. My biggest problem is in the evening when the little guy is asleep I spend it with my husband and we watch tv/movies, etc. We tend to snack then too. I am struggling with this and am hoping to find some help/support on what to do with this as well as motivation to keep it up.
