Just wanted to say HI! I really don't have a lot of fat to lose, probably 10 lbs, but I am tired of being out of shape (meaning flabby). I have worked out off and on since 1989. 2 years ago we moved into a new house and I have not really moved my body since then! I just started on Jan. 1 working out with weights again. I totally revamped my diet. Some days are harder than others, always making sure to eat "healthy". The hardest part of dieting/weight loss for me is aerobic exercise and sticking with a healthy diet.
