I just registered here. I've lost a bit of weight, about 15lbs. I thought that this would be a great place to get some motivation and some helpful tips.

I was justwondering if any of you have any quick and easy breakfast ideas? I love omlettes, but is there anything else that you guys just love to eat thats really quick to make?

I dont cook much but my latest breakfast craving is a bakery whole wheat roll 200 cal with a French onion Laughing cow cheese wedge 35cal and water or a So be No fear sugar free energy drink 20 cal.

I have found a bakery roll I just love and it comes with a nutrition label. I feel "french" when I grab a roll and cheese on the way out the door.

Quick, easy and satisfying....

Welcome, I am fairly new here myself - one week or so. Congrats on losing the 15lbs so far!!!! Thats great.

For breakfast I usally have 1 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup of berries (rasberries, blueberries etc.)

You should start a diary, so we can all keep up on your progress and give your encouragement and advice when you need it most.
