Hi,
I'm 15 years old, male, and I've been overweight since I was 8 years old. Once I was 14 years old, my weight got really bad, and I was obese. I weighed 164 pounds! Over that summer, I lost some weight, and I weighed 148 pounds. I don't think I lost much fat that summer, it probably was muscle. My waist was at 39 inches at that time. Now, I've gained that weight, and more. Now I weigh 170 pounds, but I've gotten taller (I was 5'3", now I'm 5'8"), and I think I've gotten more muscle. Now my waist is at 37 inches. Apparently, I've lost some fat (atleast on the stomach), although I gained weight. Well, I'm here at 170, and I am still not happy at all with my weight. I still am overweight, (I think by about 15-20 pounds), and I want to lose it by the time next summer comes around (about June).
I have alot of inner thigh fat that I need to lose, along with some fat on my stomach. After I found out that what I was doing lately hasn't been working, I decided to join a forum where I could get advice (and possibly give advice) from people who are in the same boat as me.
I'm actually not very bad at sports (of course, I can't run very fast), but I've got some kind of talent, I guess, that makes me better than my looks would suggest. I love sports (I'm a Dallas Cowboys fanatic), but I would love more to lose this unsightly fat!
