Hi , im new

Hi,
Im jason, 22 ,im 6 foot tall, i live in the uk. I weigh 178 lbs but 4 months ago i weighed 260.
I decided to get in shape so i went cycling. At one time i was cycling 10+ hours a week. I also altered my diet. Recently i started to work out and i can bench my own body weight. I wanna start to weight lift again.
