My name is Mike and im from the UK.
Ive been into fitness since December last year by joining Fitness First and its good. I think I can feel the difference anyway
Im not really too overweight, just need to loose some flab around the stomach and get rid of the moobs (man boobs) and basically increase my fitness/stamina. Those are my goals, however im certainly not hardcore about it and wont kill myself getting there!
Im 32 and havent done much in the way of sport since leaving school so I am really out of shape. This isnt aided by having a job sat on my bum all day then spending a few hours in front of my home PC in the evenings when the wife and kids are in bed.
I usually get to the gym 3/4 times a week for 45 mins to an hour, cant physically do any more than that! This is my routine:
1000 metres on the rowing machine in less than 5 minutes
10 minutes at a speed of over 100 on the excersise bike
10 minutes on cross trainer/read mill
Various weight machines
Sometimes floor excercises to finish off.
