I recently lost 26 lbs and decided to join some forums to stay motivated, get ideas and tips and share some. I'd like to lose about 10 more. My biggest challenge right now is exercise.
Thanks for the congrats ... down another pound when I checked yesterday ! Making the time seems to be part of the problem with exercising and I get bored easily .. so I know I need to just do it even if just starting out 15 min a day and mix it up so not boring.
