Hi! Im new & need your advice!

Hi all!

I decided to join a forum afterall, as I find it hard to be motivated.
I was always slim but I have started to gain weight. I have already put on about 7kg and I look bloated/skinny fat. I had a more stressful time recently and I was pretty much binge eating. I think I am over it now, but I still find it difficult to eat normal amounts of food I like. I find portion control difficult. I decided to stay away from chocolate and sweets and I have successfully managed so far. I can`t seem to stay away from nuts though.

I have been keeping a food diary and just wanted to know what does it say about my eating ? How do others see it ?

well if you are trying to lose weight you should cut out the bread products and probably not eat in the late hours.
