Hi I'm New Looking For Advise!

Hi everyone I'm new here. I just had my 2nd child and trying to fine some ways to lose some weight. I just bought a treadmill that I need to start using. Anyone know any kind of diet that really works? A pill?

I'm new too.

I would advise against taking any pills for weightloss, especially if you are breastfeeding.

Walk on your treadmill 3-4 times a week for 30 min (I like using the incline... you work harder without hurting your knees). You can buy a few dumbells and ankle weights and add easy at-home resistance training too.

Eat fruit, veggies, lean meat and the most unrefined grains you can when you are hungry. Don't stuff yourself and don't eat anything beyond a piece of fruit when you are not hungry. <--- When I follow this it works. When I don't follow it, I gain weight.

welcome to the forum most of us try to find a diet that works for us i am sure if you start a diary you will get a lot of advice!
