Weight was never an issue for me till I got married 6 years ago, I was a typical skinny kid, who never had to worry about what I ate...well that all caught up with me.
Two kids later at 30 I feel I have denied my weight gain a little, mainly because it is not really an issue with anyone but myself.
As most of you probably can relate to I have been on and off 'diets' for a little while now, I lose some, only to gain it back. I have now committed to a lifestyle change rather than a diet. I actually think I am quite a compulsive eater, and eat out of habit rather than need.
Anyway have been on the 'diet' for a week now, what actually scared me into it was the fact that I have been jogging 6 days a week for the last 2 months and have managed to gain 4kg...needless to say my intake is to great! I have now committed to exercising 5 - 7 days a week, and keeping a real handle on what I eat.
I want to get to the stage where I can treat myself without overeating and falling back into bad patterns.
I am 5ft 7 ...My goal weight is 70kg ( 154lbs) for now.... my current weight is 80kg (176lbs), so 22lb (10kg) of weightloss to go. Sorry if the conversion is a little of I live in New Zealand and have no idea about lbs.
