HI! Im new here

My name is Joelle and i just joined here yesterday

So my basic story is at my highest weight i was 160 over the summer i lost 15 pounds so that put me at 145 but i gained two pounds back.

So for new years i told myself i would get back into shape and lose a ton more weight

I want to lose another 35 pounds because that would put me at a good weight (its my goal weight) it would put me at 112

Also im not very tall , only about 5'2 5'3 ish

Anyway i just wanted to introduce myself and any suggestions anyone has for me would be welcome
