Hi I'm new and I need advice

Hi there, my name is Mandy I am 230 pounds and would like to reach 160. I am really struggling. I feel addicted to food. I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week but I can't stop eating. I recently had a baby and I am worried that I won't be able to do the thing sI'd like to with him, because I am too heavy. I am so SICK of thinking about this. I want to lose the weight SO bad but I always fail. any advice??
 
WELCOME TO THE FORUM AND YOU CAN DO THIS! WE HAVE STARTED AT THE SAME START WEIGHT SO WE ARE CLOSE IN GOALS. i KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS AND YOU HAVE THE RIGHT ATTITUDE TO BE Able to! I AM TRYING THE BIGGEST LOSER DIET AND I POSTED THE INFO YOU NEED IN THE CLUBS. I HAVE A TWO YEAR OLD SO I KNOW WHAT YOUR GOING THROUGH! I AM HERE IF YOU NEED ME WE ALL ARE! JOINING US WAS THE FIRST BIG STEP AND YOU ARE REALLY PRETTY ALSO!
 
hi mandy and welcome to the weight loss forum! what issues exactly are you struggling with? are you a carb addict? addicted to junk food? have you thought about starting a food/exercise diary here? that way we can get a better idea of your habits and can give you some advice to get you started.(once we see what your weak areas are!)

How do I access the diet and excercise information in this site...where do I go? I'd like to hear more about the Biggest Loser plan!

thank you for your response....I would say that I like absolutely everything that is bad for me! I LOVE eating out. I'm definately addicted to carbs. I've done the Atkins thing and it worked I lost a lot of weight but I slowly felt more and more unhealthy. I think what I need are some healthy thought patterns...change old habits. How do I start a food and excercise diary?

eating out...ughhhh...its my weakness! its the only thing i am having trouble with since starting!
