Hi, im new to this forum and anything with fitness at all. I dont know how to get the motivation to work out regurarly as I always say that I will do it tomorrow. I really need to lose some weight before it becomes a real problem.
If anyone could tell me some tips or tricks to get motivation I would really appreciate it.

sometimes all it takes is a little support from others who are facing the same problem.

I would suggest starting a thread in the diary section, and post a little bit about who you are, then each day post your food and exercise (or lack of) so other members can offfer support and sugestion as the where changes can be made.
