hi my name is brent and i just signed up on this site so i thought id share why i joined and say hi. well lets see i joined this forum because over the last few years ive been unhappy with my weight so i went on the atkins diet about 2 months ago with my sister and boy i couldnt be happier with my results so far but my sister wa having problems with it not loosing weight or somthing but i started really strong then i thought id take a few days off the diet cause i was going to a job where we diddnt getto eat that much and when we did it was usually somthing with carbs the food was provided by the employer i was doing really good on the diet i completely blocked out my carb consumption and i was just having eggs and bacon for breakfest somthing light for lunch and lemon basted chicken for lunch but any ways before i go off to far in unimportant details i was also doing light exersizes but when i went off the diet for that week or so i am having trouble getting back on track so i thought maybe if i joined the forums i could get support with my goal and i could support others i was in serious need of starting a diet last year i weighed 285 right around the same time now but now i weigh 225 might havegone up some since i was off it a few days but any ways i was wondering if any one knows about losing too much weight i think im fine becuase i used to have a stomach problem where it felt like some one took a knife and stabed me in the stomach i was taking tums prilosec otc and pepcid ac but they werent helping but sicne i have been on the diet i have felt perfect i can wake up in the morning and eat somthing with out feeling sick but now that i have been off the diet its kind of coming back so i really want to get back on the diet if not for that reason alone bu t also i felt really unhappy with myself before maybe i diddnt show it but its just.... so depressing weighing so much i have turned that down now but i still have a long way to go i used to be emberased to go swimming with out a shirt on i still kind of am so i need to lose more weight and tone my body what exersises would you recomend to do and how many im thinking more along the lines of home exerisises like crunches sit ups push ups etc. if any one has suggestions id appreciate it but when i do crunches some times it feels like im getting a cramp in my stomach but if i keep going it doesnt hurt that much more the more i go so i was wondering if any one knows if thats bad or if they had that problem?? well its getting late here and i got pretty carried away so i better go thanks for reading this and i really appreciate any help any one can offer thanks.
