Hi Everyone I am new and My current weight is 17stone 5lb. I usually eat McDonalds and take-away foods. Over the Hoildays All I was eating was Mince Pies and Banffoi pie and lots of Hotchoclates in Costa. I would like to loose some weight for the new year~I enjoy drinking Detox tea with sweetners and Im allowed to eat "Water noodles" that is noodles from Holland & Barrates in NAAS. For New years next year,Id like to loose some weight :) Don't be afaird to PM me

do you really need someone to tell you that your diet/ food selection is horrible? you need to educate yourself; nobody is going to hold your hand or even slap it for behaving badly. find out why all calories are not the same. learn about the reaction of your body to the three basic macro nutrients, carbohydrates, proteins and fats. search on words like ketosis, ghrelin, insulin and glucagon. understand how your body treats fasting vs reduced calories differently. get smart about nutrition.

learn about how sugar has invaded almost every niche of the food industry and might be single handedly responsible for the fattening of America. even if you think eating out is healthy, think again. sugar makes everything taste better and all chefs know that.

for those not in the stone age...
17/5 stones = 243 lbs = 110¼ kg ... your height would be a good stat to also list.

I see that you want to reduce your excess body-fat. I know how you feel. I felt the same way, and then, I found something which worked...

I used the following intermittent fasting protocol for 28 days...

. . . . . Days 1-11: Fasted 16 hours/day ... (ate 3 times/day)

. . . . . . . . . . Day 12: Fasted for 24 hours

. . . . . Days 13-17: Fasted 18 hours/day ... (ate 3 times/day)

. . . . . . . . . . Day 18: Fasted for 24 hours

. . . . . Days 19-28: Fasted 16 hours/day ... (ate 3 times/day)

Here are my results...

On the first day, I weighed 177 pounds (80 kilograms). On the twenty-eighth day, I weighed 146 pounds (66 kilograms). I dropped 23 pounds (10.4 kilograms) of body-fat during the first 18 days and 8 pounds (3.6 kilograms) of body-fat in the last 10 days.

oh okay,I am on a mutli-vitamin and I do not eat a lot of vegetables.I do not like eating a lot of nuts either,.Thanks for the help :)
