Hi, I am new Weight-Loser!

Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum and I am really glad that I have joined this community of fitness enthusiasts.

For the last 2 years I have been trying to lose weight but nothing seemed to work for me. If I lose 2 lbs in a month then I gain them back as soon as I stop doing any physical activity. So, I am really unable to lose weight and achieve my desired goal. All because of my poor eating habits.

So, in this new 2020, I decided that I will try more harder and will at least not give up on my weight loss goals.
