Llike the 100m or 200m i want to know what workouts i should do to help me run faster, where i could find races to join i live Canada Toronto i am 6.4 and can run pretty fast atm and i love running please help! oh yea and also what kind of foods i need to eat to get more weight i only weight around 140 and i am tall so i am very skinny
but i joined a gym today should i drink protien shakes?
