Hi hi hi there

Hello, I'm new.

I hit the gym about 10 months ago weighing about 165lbs, and I've managed to cut down, with dieting, to 124lbs. I feel maybe this is too light(?), and I guess I might have lost a lot of muscle mass as well as fat since I started.

So I guess I want to get back the muscle I lost, and then some, and look good. So that's me.
 
thats crazy, you should really start eatting better.
 
Yeah, you're both right..

I'm eating better now, lots of protein etc. and going to the gym every other day, keeping aerobic to a minimum. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind being a stone heavier as long as it's muscle and not fat.
