I'm only 21 years of age, and I've always been heavier than my siblings. My weight always varied between 175-185 lbs. But sinse Feburary I started taking birthcontrol which has made me (and of course for others females) gain more weight... so now I'm just under 200 lbs. I want to lose weight and the fat thats in my thighs, stomach and love handles.
I'm mostly doing stretches, mainly my legs and thighs, and my lower torso. I try to do crunches (even though I fail miserably, but try anyways) and I try to do bycicle kicks (even though I cant even get my rear end off the floor ) I'm trying to find a routine and a proper diet that would suit me.
Any suggestions?
