Hey guys, Im Phil, 21, 6ft1 weighing in at 18.5 stone.
Reason being for this weight is the unemployement that is unfortunately affecting this country.
Despite my Weight, majority is muscle as my body fat percentage comes in at 28%
on my 4th day I have lost 2 inches off my waist, not going to reveal my weight loss yet as im wating until saturday for my weekly weigh in.
Ive drastically cut my habits but no breakfast and fatty foods, lots of crisps and chocolate and no exercise to -
1 Maximuscle Promax diet in banana.
3 Thermobyl per day
2 litres of water per day,
1 Slimfast a day, chocolate and vanilla
salad with either chicken or prawns.
half a slice of brown toast before bed.
Also doing....
3 x 10 push ups
3 x 10 sit ups
3 x 10 crunches
3 x 10 squats with a 25kg weight.
10 Y squats
2 mins on spot jogging
and 10 bridges
followed by 2 20 minutes intensive supersets in the gym each week to get the metabolism up high which creates afterburn for 23 days.
