First time on this forum. Interested in what others are doing to battle the bulge :)
I have been using the 16/8 intermittent fasting plan with an emphasis on lower carb foods. Carbs are not eliminated but very carefully chosen. Plan does work for me but still has plent of challenges. I have to battle compulsive eating urges and they are not necessarily urges for sweets but can be excesses of foods like chicken. This was never a problem but I see that until I get back in the groove I need to prepare only what I need to eat for a meal without any leftovers. Leftovers never a problem before are currently a challenge. Still the Intermittent fasting did take more than 30 lbs off me in the past year so I am still in the winning range. Best of luck to you.
