Hi everyone :-)

Well, it seems like years have gone by since my last scheduled workout routine when in reality a couple of months have lapsed. It's been a difficult task dealing with the major illness of one parent followed by the next. So, they are on track now and working towards progress, I too need to refocus myself on my goal of keeping fit. Stress and worries has caught me in a terrible sleep-wake pattern, lifestyle, eating habits and lack of serious physical exercise. Other than the odd dancing and walking which was done for fun more than anything else, my daily living has been far from being healthy.

My interests are in the areas of aerobics which includes challenging dance routines. Hopefully these combined with a revolutionized diet change will assist me in regaining the physique I once held. Hopefully, from henceforth I will persist, come what may. Easier said than done, right ? =(
