Hi everyone

Hi, I'm new here. I'm looking to start doing some home exercises for now. I used to be active a few years back but now I'm a zombie and I'm hoping to change that. If you have some advice for home based routines or something like that let me know. Thanks.
 
Doing your daily chores will help you burn calories. Start with simple things and adding more exercise later on. Anyway, welcome aboard :0
