hey there, im new to this forum and looking for helpful hints and guides x ive started cardio training to tone and keep looking trim as im 5'7 and 91/2 stone - the thing is since burning 500 calories a day at the gym (25 mins cross trainer & 25 minutes jogging) my legs look like they are getting bigger, they certainly feel tighter and bigger!! my question is will they get slimmer the more i stick to it??? im not eating anymore than i used to either so i know its not calorie intake - please help xxx
