hi everyone

hey there, im new to this forum and looking for helpful hints and guides x ive started cardio training to tone and keep looking trim as im 5'7 and 91/2 stone - the thing is since burning 500 calories a day at the gym (25 mins cross trainer & 25 minutes jogging) my legs look like they are getting bigger, they certainly feel tighter and bigger!! my question is will they get slimmer the more i stick to it??? im not eating anymore than i used to either so i know its not calorie intake - please help :) xxx
 
No resistance training? Also, what does your diet look like, particularly calories and protein?
 
i do a cycling class and a body pump class but thats it really - dont really want to look like sheerah - lol ,,, i have bacon and eggs for brekki, soup and fruit for lunch and chicken with veg then yoghurt for dinner xx
 
She-Ra? Don't think so - most women don't have the ingredients to become big and bulky (and if they do, they're very likely injected).
 
Depending on what size they were to begin with, you could expect to see some minor leg muscle growth, but as Stingo stated, hormonally women are not able to get bulky without medical help.

But as an aside, bacon and eggs for breakfast are terrible for your coronary arteries, especially the bacon.
 
what do you suggest i eat to keep me looking lean and not too muscley - and do you think i need to cut down on my cardio and do more low weight reps???
