Hi all...
I am 20 and I am 5.3 ft. and weigh 156 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight for so long but everytime I tried to lose, I would stop in the middle and gain back double the weight I lost. I like to eat...like everything. And I am a fast eater. I eat a lot of sugar and crabs. I eat a lot when I am bored or stressed. One time I lost weight and was 130 pounds but then I gained back again. I am agaiming trying to lose weight and have been doing 30 minutes of cardio exercise 3 times a week and yoga 3 times a week and I have cut a lot of portion of my meals. I amiss on diet for only 1 week and lost 1.5 pounds.
I know I can lose weight if I want to but my fear is what if I lose my motivation to lose weight in halfway. I hope this forum will help me keep motivated through out my weight loss journey. Thank you :)
 
Welcome! You are worth it to eat better! I wish the site was busier, but have found some supportive people and really good feedback in just a couple of weeks here! Good Luck!
 
Nice description of Cardio exercises. I recommend go for early walk. It does not require any special equipment. An advantage of walking is not only improving weight but also get a lean body, balance and a psychological health.
