Hi, I'm here because it might help me with losing weight. My whole life I've had problems with weight. I think I do pretty well with weight loss but I gain it back because of injuries or depression. Recently I injured my wrist and I couldn't do any weight lifting, than I broke my foot. During that time gained much weight back. As of right now my foot is healed up but my wrist is still bad. I'm at about 180 and I'm trying to lose 10 more pounds. I bike Monday through Friday. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I go to the gym and use the machines in the cardio room. The thing is I eat like crap and drink way too much alcohol and potato chips they are so good. So I feel like I'm just maintaining weight and not really losing anything. I used to be in the military and I weighed about 160 so that's pretty much my goal as of right now. nice to meet everyone here
