Just joined the forum today, looking forward to help and support from everyone!
A little about me... I am 22 years old and weigh about 170. I am trying to get down to a healthier weight so I can look and feel better about myself. I have been counting calories for awhile now but seem to slip up ALOT! I have been attending a Kettlebell class for a couple weeks now(missed the last couple) and trying to go to the gym other days. I lose my motivation very easily by the end of the day when it gets so dark and cold early.
I want to get down to about 155 but am having a hard time.
