I am a 28 year old mother of three amazing kids. From the age of 12 I have struggled with my weight. Never got over 200lbs but was very close and when I say very close I mean 198lbs. That was the moment in 2012 I realized that I had to do something. I had low self-esteem and a lack of confidence for years. I started working out and lost a couple lbs but that was it. My life was hectic between work and coming home to my 3 kids that I was tired had no energy to work out or do anything really. I continued to eat unhealthy foods and drink 5-6 sodas a day. Basically just gave up trying to lose weight and be healthy. I eventually gained back everything that I had lost which was to be expected. I eventually was able to lose 6lbs without trying. 3 years later I was introduced to some amazing products that has helped me not only lose weight but give me the energy I need to work out. I got healthy from the inside out. It helped with my sugar and soda cravings. I haven't had a soda in 5 months. 5 months into this journey and I am down 26lbs and several inches. I have my life back and my confidence back. I am so much happier than I have ever been. I get to do stuff with my kids that I never thought I would ever be able to do. My problem now is that I have excess stomach fat that I would like to lose. Does anybody know of any good exercises to get rid of that stomach fat?

Your time will come so don't give up! Keep pushing and fighting until you meet your goals. I am here if you have any questions or if you just need encouragement and support.
