Hi. I'm new at this. I really need to lose 90 pounds. I can't believe I let myself go. I just bought a ww digital scale today. I was sad when I saw that I weighed much more than a thought. 235. I am size 18. I have a lot of work to do. I have a long way to go. I'm gonna do it. Any advice on healthy snacks? I would love to hear success stories from those on this new journey.
