My name is Alicia, I'm a 25 y/o mother of 2. I'm married to a wonderful man who's in the Air Force. I'm 5' 4" and weigh 173 pounds. I decided last month it isn't normal to feel so out of breath you need to sit down after walking up 2flights of stairs, so its time to change! I assumed I could do this weightloss thing alone, eventhough I've had this problem my whole life, but after only 1 month I am ready to sit on the couch and give up. I have a horrible track record with exercising and watching what I eat for 2 weeks to a month and then quitting for months at a time. You think after 10+, can't even count how many, times I wouldn't keep doing it. Any tips, encouragement, or feedback is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to talking to some people and would love to help anyone if they need someone to be accountable to. Thanks a lot to everyone who read.

Welcome to the forum! There are lots of supportive people here! If you would like a weight loss buddy, someone who will be accountable to you and vice versa, post your info in the buddy thread that is under the club section and I will try to match you up with someone who has similar goals. :D You should also start a diary. You can use it to keep track of your calories and exercise and we will stop by to make sure you do. ;) Good luck! :D
