Hey, I'm so happy to have found this site. Now I can chat with people who alsoa re trying to get in shape and lead a more healthy lifestyle. I am a young college student who is looking to lose alot of weight and also become an healthier individual. I am doing it for more than the obvious reason. ME. but also to stay attractive to my boyfriend also. I don't want myself to go to waste.
The only thing I seem to have a problem with is the scale. While the scale and calculators tell me that I am obese I hardly look it. I am by genetics muscular. and I would like to change that. At my lowest which was 130 pounds I still wore a size 12. My legs are big as well as my breast. right now most of my fat is deposited around my stomach and this is what I hope to lose as well as tone everything else up.

Hey jayknight5girl, welcome to the site. We have a lot in common, I have big legs too and most of my weight is on my stomach :mad: . I just started exercising last week, so is too soon to see any results, but judging from the past, exercise is the way to go. How tall are you? Do you have an exercise plan?

Good luck with your weight loss and drink lots of water. :D
