Hi everyone. I just found this site and really liked what I've read so far so I decided to register. I started a diet and fitness program in January to loose 20lbs. I lost the first 10lbs within the first month and have not lost another pound since. My body is getting toned since I have really upped my workouts but I still have this roll around my entire middle that I know is that 10lbs just sitting there! So anyway, I'm hoping this forum can help me to loose that 10lbs and say goodbye to that annoying roll!
