Hello Everyone,
Well, im new to the board and just thought this was a good way to introduce myself. My name isn't Donny, but my friends call me that, so I thought that would work here. Im 17, and go to Santa Margarita Catholic H.S. in RSM, Orange County. I play Lacrosse, im the founder of the team at my school, and do Track and Field, so in the coming months I will have dual sports. Im a pretty active and athletic person, basically any sport I get into I can succeed, I used to play football in Junior High, would have played in high school but my parents were worried about an injury I had, but overall im pretty athletic. I happened to come across the website when I was looking for the proper names of exercizes with weights, when trying to create my own little excel chart to track myself. I try to go to the gym 5 times a week, but some weeks I have other priorities and can only 2-3 days a week, but looks like for the next few months I will be able to get my workouts in, either at Aliso Viejo 24 or at school now that my seasons are approaching. I've been going pretty constant, saying that I have gone a few times a week, since I joined 24 Hour Fitness on July 5th (one of hte best decisions) and since then I have increased the weights I can lift in different excersizes substantially
. In thel ast month I have had some problems with sickness and vacation, but in the last two weeks I have re-gained my stamina and are at the ponit I was last at, and I'm feeling pretty good about it. Well thought I would introduce myself and say hi.
