Hi everyone, I'm 25 years old and this is my first post. I need some suggestions on how to get started and where do I go from here. My current weight is 186 and I need help. Summer is here and I want to get back in shape. I like to stay active and I love exercising but lately I've been too busy working full-time, and finishing up school.
