Hi everyone, I'm 25 years old and this is my first post. I need some suggestions on how to get started and where do I go from here. My current weight is 186 and I need help. Summer is here and I want to get back in shape. I like to stay active and I love exercising but lately I've been too busy working full-time, and finishing up school. I would love to stick to a work out routine, does anyone have any in mind? I'm willing to give it 100%. Feel free to get intouch with me, I love getting to know people and their stories. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I'm sorry if it sounds lame, someone help :)

hey there. well for losing weight either a diet or a crazy all day workout most people split the difference between the two. weights if you want to tone up or build muscle or aerobics,running,swimming if you want to strip everything down........ good luck
