Hi Everyone,
I'm married and a father of 2 beautiful girls! I started to pay attention to a healthier life when I got married and having kids as I started to feel sluggish! i was weighing 210lbs at one point and none of my clothes was fitting. I did use to hit the gym but my nutrition was not on point!
My wife started the Herbalife program and immediately became a member as she wanted to help others. I was her other half . I am very pleased with the results and also helping others!
Since November 2015 I have lost 15 LBS !!! It may not be much but I feel great! Not only loosing the lbs but also loosing the Body Fat %, my metabolism has improved, Visc Fat is lower etc.. Most importantly is that we both feel great!
I joined this forum as I continue to loose weight. My ideal goal is to be 170lbs. I continue to enjoy my Herbalife Shakes (Almost a year) and have improved my eating habits as well involved with more physical activities.
I'm hoping to meet others that will motivate me as that is key to loosing weight as well. Surround yourself with positive people and/or help each other stay positive.
Remember that 80% is Nutrition, 20% Exercise = 100% Mindset.
